General Terms & Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions before you use this website. By using you are agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions of usage outlined herewith.

These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with English Laws. English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any claims arising from any contract of sale made between the user and Pattern Parts Ltd. No contract of sale will exist between the user and Pattern Parts Ltd until payment has been made in full and uncleared funds have been received by Pattern Parts Ltd.

Once payment has been received in full we will send a confirmation email to you at the email address you provided during the ordering process. On completion of the order process a legally binding contract is formed between the user and Pattern Parts Ltd.

Our right to cancel

Pattern Parts Ltd will have the right to cancel the order under the following circumstances;

  • The item(s) ordered are currently out of stock or otherwise unavailable
  • The user's address is in a country or area that we do not deliver to
  • We believe the payment to be fraudulent
  • We believe the transaction will lead to financial loss for Pattern Parts Ltd

If we elect to cancel your order you will be notified by email and refunded within 2 working days. We will not be liable to offer any financial compensation for any inconvenience or disappointment endured due to the cancellation of your order.
